Terms and Conditions for Plush & Posh

1. Introduction Welcome to Plush and Posh. By accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered We provide a selection of dresses for hire for various occasions. The specifics of each dress, including rental fees, rental periods, and other terms, can be found on our website or through our customer service channels.

3. Rental Agreement

  • Reservation: To reserve a dress, customers must provide a valid credit card, Photo ID and complete the booking form.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed on our website.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be collected, which will be returned after the dress is returned in its original condition.

4. Rental Period The rental period will be specified at the time of booking. Extensions may be possible if communicated prior to the return date, subject to availability and additional fees.

5. Delivery Services
We offer convenient drop-off and pick-up services for our rented dresses:

  • Within 5KM: $20
  • Within 5-10KM: $30
  • More Than 10KM: $50

Please ensure to select the delivery option at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for any changes to the delivery location after booking.

6. Returns Dresses must be returned by the agreed-upon return date. Late returns may incur additional fees at our discretion.

7. Condition of Dresses

  • Customers are responsible for the proper care of the rented dress while in their possession.
  • Dresses must be returned clean and in the condition received, excluding normal wear and tear.
  • Any damage or excessive stains may result in a charge to the customer for repairs or cleaning.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 10 days before the rental date will receive a Credit Note.
  • Cancellations made within 10 days of the rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost remaining amount will go towards a Credit Note.
  • Under unforeseen circumstances, we may provide a full refund on a case-by-case basis for cancellations made within 10 days of the rental date.

9. Liability Plush and Posh is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using our rented dresses. Customers assume all risks associated with the use of our products.

10. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the rental process is used solely for processing rentals and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
